NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE PARTICIPANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Wedding Passport Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by The Knot Worldwide Inc., 295 Fifth Ave, New York, NY 10016 (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States plus the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 21 years of age or older as of the Entry Period (defined below), registered users of WeddingWire, and have a wedding date between January 1, 2027 and December 31, 2027 (“Participant”). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes and the participation of each Participant are subject to Sponsor's Terms of Use (available at https://www.weddingwire.com/corp/legal/terms-of-use (Wedding Wire) and/or https://www.theknotww.com/terms-of-use/ (The Knot)) and TKWW’s Privacy Notice (available at https://www.theknotww.com/privacy-policy/ (The Knot) and https://www.weddingwire.com/corp/legal/privacy-policy (WeddingWire), which are incorporated as part of these official rules (the “Official Rules”). Participation constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein and Sponsor verification.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am ET on October 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 3, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Sponsor/Administrator’s computer will be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Administrator reserves the right to end Sweepstakes at any time, including prior to the expiration of the Entry Period.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period, participants must 1) visit the designated landing page at landing.weddingwire.com/wedding-passport (the “Website”) and sign up for a new WeddingWire account or sign in to your existing account to officially register for the sweepstakes and 2) obtain up to three (3) unique stamps in their designated "Wedding Passport" by submitting inquiries to vendors and/or venues through the WeddingWire platform. All vendor and venue inquiries may only be submitted with actual wedding planning intent. Submitting an inquiry to a vendor or venue is a genuine request for service information and may result in direct commercial communications (including emails, phone calls, or electronic messages) from the selected vendors. By submitting an inquiry, Participant acknowledges and consents to receiving communications from the contacted vendor. Each unique stamp counts as one (1) entry (each an "Entry"). Participants may complete the following qualifying actions in any order during the Entry Period to earn Entries:

A. First Vendor Category Entry: Submit a vendor inquiry to a unique, registered WeddingWire vendor in any standard category (e.g., Photography, DJs, Hair & Makeup, Flowers, Wedding Planning, Catering, Videography, Officiants, Bands, etc.; excluding venues) to earn one (1) stamp and one (1) Entry.

B. Second Vendor Category Entry: Submit a vendor inquiry to a unique, registered WeddingWire vendor in a second, different vendor category (e.g., if your first stamp was for Photography, your second must be from a different category like Catering or Photo Booths; excluding venues) to earn one (1) additional stamp and one (1) additional Entry. Multiple stamps or entries from the same vendor category will not count.

C. Venue Category Entry: Submit a vendor inquiry to a registered vendor in the Venue category to earn one (1) stamp and one (1) Entry. This entry is entirely independent of the standard vendor category entries and may be completed at any time.

Entry Limits / Conditions: Each action above may be completed once for credit; no credit for duplicate, edited, canceled, automated, or spam Entries, each as determined in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. Maximum total Entries per Participant = three (3) (one entry per unique qualifying stamp). Participant may only submit inquiries to earn Entries in vendor or venue categories where the Participant does not already have a signed contract or active booking. For example, a Participant who has already contracted or booked a wedding venue is ineligible to submit a venue inquiry for Sweepstakes entry credit. Any inquiries submitted to vendors or venues in categories where a booking or contract already exists may be deemed invalid and disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified, or for any error, whether human, technical, or otherwise. Sponsor and Administrator each reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, infringing on the rights of third parties, or acting in violation of any applicable law, rule, regulation or these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes may be canceled in the event that, in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or Administrator, an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the Entry will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or licensee of any and all materials and information, including photos, videos, and personal information, submitted by you to the Sweepstakes and you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Sponsor and Administrator an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense at multiple levels) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), transfer, distribute any such materials for any purpose and in any format on or in connection with the digital property where this Sweepstakes Entry form is published or its affiliated or partner sites, the Administrator’s or Sponsor’s respective businesses, or the promotion thereof, prepare derivative works, incorporate into other works, and/or grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Submissions must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content, and Submissions must not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties. You furthermore represent and warrant that all persons and entities connected with the materials and information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes, and all other persons and entities whose names, voices, photographs, likenesses, works, services and materials have been used in such materials/information or its/their exploitation, have authorized the use of their names, voices, photographs, likenesses, performances, and biographical data in connection with the advertising, promotion, trade and other exploitation of the materials and information and the rights granted herein.

5. DRAWING: On or about December 15, 2026 (“Drawing Date”) one (1) Participant from all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period shall be selected at random by Administrator (“Winner”). Decisions of Sponsor/Administrator are final on all matters relating to the drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received.

6. PRIZE EXPLANATION: The Winner shall receive up to $20,000 in the form of vendor invoice payments or reimbursements to Winner from Sponsor for services towards Winner’s honeymoon travel booked through a travel agent listed on the WeddingWire Vendor Directory. The Winner shall send the Sponsor up to three (3) invoices for travel booked and completed within one (1) year from the date of prize award and intended to be covered by the prize. All invoices must be for vendors listed on WeddingWire Vendor Directory within the Travel Agent category. Sponsor will pay invoices within 45 days of receipt in Coupa. If Winner has already booked qualifying travel with a WeddingWire vendor, Sponsor will reimburse Winner to their nominated bank account within 45 days of receipt of each invoice and related proof of payment and Winner’s completed enrollment in Sponsor’s Vendor Onboarding process in Coupa. The number of different vendors’ invoices is limited to three (3) and must be accompanied by a proof of payment. The Winner shall be responsible for any late payment obligations in respect of the selected vendors, and any tax implications that arise as a result of accepting the prize and any other costs and charges in respect of accepting the prize. The prize does not create any form of agency of other commercial arrangement between the winner and the Sponsor. No transfer, cash equivalent, or Prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. PRIZE NOTIFICATION AND FULFILLMENT:

The potential Winner may be contacted by Sponsor or Administrator on or about the Drawing Date via email to the address associated with the Participant’s WeddingWire account and/or by direct message through social media if such contact information was provided at entry.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for missed communications due to spam or junk-mail filters, blocked settings, inactive email accounts, or changes to contact information. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact information is current and that emails from Sponsor and Administrator are not blocked or filtered.

The potential Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt and will be required to execute and return an Affirmation of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) and any required tax documentation within that same timeframe. The potential Winner may be required to submit additional documentation for the Sponsor’s verification. This includes, but is not limited to, a signed wedding venue contract, official wedding vendor agreements, or other related wedding documentation requested by the Sponsor. The winner may be asked to submit photos from their wedding or honeymoon to be featured in promotional materials related to this Sweepstakes subject to Section 4. Submitting photos is strictly voluntary and is not required to enter, win, or claim a prize. Sponsor or Administrator may, but are not obligated to, make up to two (2) additional notification attempts within the 72-hour window. If the potential Winner (a) does not respond within the required time; (b) is determined to be ineligible; (c) declines the Prize; or (d) fails to timely return required documents, the Prize may be forfeited and, time permitting, awarded to an alternate Winner selected at random from among all remaining eligible Entries.

The Winner and all Vendors receiving payments under this Prize must provide completed W-9 forms (or applicable tax forms) and, as applicable, enroll in Sponsor’s Vendor Onboarding process in Coupa. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Winner for the total value of the Prize as required by law. Subject to verification and completion of the foregoing requirements, Prize funds will be fulfilled as set forth in Section 6, either (i) paid directly to eligible Vendors within forty-five (45) days of receipt and processing in Coupa, or (ii) reimbursed to the Winner’s nominated bank account in Winner’s name within forty-five (45) days of Administrator’s receipt of acceptable proof of payment, Vendor invoice(s), and Winner’s completed onboarding. Administrator may contact the Winner at any point for additional information reasonably necessary to complete fulfillment.

8. CONSENT AGREEMENT: By entering this Sweepstakes, Participant: (1) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law and otherwise pursuant to Administrator and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [https://www.theknotww.com/privacy-policy/], and (3) agrees that Sponsor and Administrator may send Participant information, promotions, or special offers that Sponsor and/or Administrator determines may be of interest to Participant but from which Participant may opt out of receiving.

9. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, each Participant agrees to defend, indemnify and otherwise hold Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, the agents, officers, directors, and/or employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes by or directed by Participant; (b) breaches of or inaccuracies in any representations or warranties of, or license grants by, Participant or any other terms and conditions contained herein; and/or (c) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including any such claim by the Released Parties’ employees or agents or any third parties.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each Participant (1) agrees to release Sponsor, Administrator, and each of the Released Parties from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, and/or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, (2) waives any and all claims against Sponsor, Administrator, and each of the Released Parties based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other intellectual property or privacy right, and (3) acknowledges that neither the Sponsor nor Administrator have made or are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall be liable for any damages whatsoever related to or arising from (a) any technical errors that may prevent any Participant from participating in any way; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; and/or (c) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ aggregate liability for all claims will be limited to $100 and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, each Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Delaware.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor or Administrator may, in its sole discretion and at any time, (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then, at Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion, resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules (b) award the prize from among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment and/or c) terminate the Sweepstakes. Notice of suspension/modification will be posted on this page. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, each of the Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Forfeited Prizes may be re-awarded to alternate winners in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Failure or delay by the Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 12. WINNER LIST: For the name(s) of the Winner(s), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Wedding Passport Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 295 Fifth Ave, New York, NY 10016. Requests must be received by no later than 30 business days after the drawing date.
