A: To enter for a chance to win, you must first register on this landing page by either signing up for a WeddingWire account or logging in to your existing WeddingWire account during the entry period (10/20/2026 - 12/3/2026).

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registering. Please check your spam folder to ensure receipt. Note that existing users must use the email address associated with their WeddingWire account to register for the sweeps. If you use a different email than the one associated with your account, you will not receive a confirmation email and will not be entered for a chance to win.

A: Yes! Existing registered WeddingWire users are eligible to participate, provided you meet the following requirements:

• You are a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and are 21 years of age or older.

• You have a wedding date between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027.

Q: How can I increase my chances of winning?

A: You can enter up to three (3) times - two (2) for distinct vendor categories and one (1) for a venue category as described below:

Q: What happens if I submit multiple inquiries in the same vendor category (e.g., three different photographers)?

A: Only your first inquiry in a standard vendor category counts toward a passport stamp. Submitting multiple inquiries within the same category (e.g., reaching out to three photographers) will not generate additional stamps or entries. To earn your second vendor stamp, you must submit an inquiry in a different category (e.g., Catering or Florists).

Q: Does inquiring with a venue count as one of my vendor stamps?

A: Venues have their own dedicated category stamp! Submitting an inquiry to a registered venue earns you the venue category stamp, which is independent of your two standard vendor category stamps.

Q: What's included in the prize?

A: The winner will receive up to $20,000 towards their honeymoon travel expenses:

• Eligible Services: Travel booked through a travel agent listed in the WeddingWire Vendor Directory will be eligible for either i) direct invoice payment to the vendor or ii) winner reimbursement for the cost of services.

• Invoice Limit & Timeline: The winner may submit up to three (3) vendor invoices along with proof of payment for travel booked and completed within one (1) year of the prize award date.

• Payment/Reimbursement: Payments or reimbursements will be processed within 45 days of receiving the eligible invoices, proof of payment, and completed vendor onboarding documentation.

Q: How does invoice payment vs. reimbursement work if I win?

A: Direct Payment: If you have an unpaid invoice from a WeddingWire travel agent, WeddingWire will pay the vendor directly within 45 days of processing.  Reimbursement: If you have already paid a WeddingWire travel agent, WeddingWire will reimburse funds directly to your nominated bank account within 45 days of receiving your invoice and proof of payment.

Q: Which honeymoon vendors are eligible for reimbursement?

A: The up to $20,000 prize must be spent through a travel agent listed in the WeddingWire Vendor Directory. 

Q: Is there a limit on the number of honeymoon vendors I can spend the $20,000 budget on?

A: Yes, the winner may submit up to three (3) vendor invoices or for travel booked through a travel agent listed in the WeddingWire Vendor Directory along with proof of payment for travel booked and completed within one (1) year of the prize award date.

Q: Should I not book any travel until the winner has been announced?

A: You do not need to wait to book your honeymoon travel, but please note that the prize can only be spent on travel booked through a vendor listed in the WeddingWire Vendor Directory. If you are selected as the winner, you will be reimbursed for what you have spent on travel services with vendors (up to three (3) invoices) in the directory, up to the prize budget of $20,000.

Q: Can I enter if I’ve already booked / paid for my honeymoon?

A: Yes - as long as you booked your travel through a Travel Agent listed in the WeddingWire Vendor Directory! If you win, you can still receive reimbursement for up to three (3) vendor invoice payments for honeymoon travel vendors booked through a travel agent listed in the WeddingWire Vendor Directory with proof of payment for travel booked and completed within one (1) year of the prize award date.

Q: How will I know if I’ve entered?

A: You will receive a confirmation email after registering for the sweepstakes on the landing page.  Once you have registered, you can enter the sweepstakes up to three (3) times by taking qualifying action during the Entry Period (October 20, 2026 – December 3, 2026).  Each qualifying action earns you a unique stamp, which is viewable on the Wedding Passport page if you are logged in.

Q: Who can enter the sweepstakes?

A: Entrants must be at least 21 years old, a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), a registered user of The WeddingWire, and have a wedding date between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027.
